Gallery illustration on the theme of memory
During the 2020 lockdown, I was searching through images for traces of life outside.
Whilst rummaging through my family photos, the idea for a series of coloured-pencil illustrations came to me. This series brings together seemingly insignificant moments which, taken together, form memories. Using the traditional medium of coloured pencil, I create textured, warm images that evoke childhood. The gallery illustrations offer works that are both sensitive and decorative.

I end up with around thirty illustrations, which I sell as postcards or posters at craft markets. You can find these illustrations on my illustration Instagram page @leplankeur.
